1. Bookings and pricing

Every journey requested through genevaairportlimo.com receives a fixed price, confirmed personally by our team, typically within two hours of your request. The fixed price is not final until confirmed by email.

2. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or amended by contacting us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Waiting time

Complimentary waiting time is included as stated in your booking confirmation. Additional waiting time may be charged at the rate confirmed with your booking.

4. Passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. We reserve the right to decline or end a journey in cases of unsafe or abusive conduct.

5. Liability

Geneva Airport Limo maintains appropriate insurance for passenger transport. Liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle is limited as permitted by applicable Swiss law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
